Concrete Wall Panels are a 12 sq. ft. specialty panel custom designed by Bryan Gauthier of SBC.  Currently available are 9 different custom designs.  Each program begins with the Veneer Stone Pattern.  Once the process is fully learned and mastered contractors can purchase the other additional 8 mold patterns to add to their showcase.

All Contractors, Manufacturers & State Reps will be trained by SBC and will learn the varieties of specialty mixes to produce the panels, produce the sister molds and learn the fastest install options that will be used for residential and commercial jobs.  Each 12 sq. ft. panel cost less than $6.00 per 12 sq. ft. panel in total material costs.

Contractors are selling the jobs currently at a starting fee of $15.00 per sq. ft. installed.  Some are selling for as high as $35.00 sq. ft. installed.  Installation times are 3 to 5 days depending on the size of the job.

Become a Contracting Manufacturer of SBC

Investment cost - $15,000 = Payment Plan Available
Minimum Requirement to get started $5,000 Deposit -(Secures your area)

In addition to Exclusive Rights to their territory (100,000 min. in population up to 250,000) You can focus on bigger daily production amounts and fulfill orders to general public and contractors that are in your area of Exclusive Rights. (there will be a minimum order of $1,000 when fulfilling orders to general public)

All sales are directed to you. You are required to provide a monthly report of all your sales to your State Rep of SBC or SBC. On a monthly basis you are required to pay State Rep. of SBC or SBC 15% of all Sales which include contracted jobs of you manufacturing and installing panels and sales of panels to the general public as a product.

The Big Picture of Phase two, low scenario example:

Just one order from general public to self install 1,000 square feet = 84 panels at a cost of $12.50 per square foot purchased from state rep or SBC.

You are paid by state rep or SBC 25% (new changes dropping this to 15%) less than the retail price to fulfill and deliver order of 84 panels at a cost of $10.00 per square foot. 84 Panels x 12 square feet each = 1,008 square feet x $10.00 per foot = $10,080

Hot tip for moving whatever you can manufacture per day: In Phoenix, Arizona it cost about $900 to have a local video production company to make a ready made 30 second commercial. We can air it on any major channel locally for a cost of $15 per each 30 second airing. A $2,000 budget will get you a total of at least 133 airings in a month. 4 to 5 times a day, everyday of the month. (later, 7 to 10 times a day per each major channel will create more than most will need or want in sales)

100% of all profits selling distributorships at $15,000 to $25,000 per territory. IS YOURS! In Open states with this opportunity the best focus will be to advertise in every major paper under opportunities stating the investment amount required and the realistic profit gains expected.

The limited amount of States being released by SBC with this amount of benefits will only be 10 total. (Those looking for a Profitable Franchise will not find a better ongoing profit margin) The benefit is that this has all the benefits of buying a franchise, but with out any of the strings attached.

The initial investment can pay for itself within 5 sales @ $15,000 and the bigger long term picture is the success of those 5+ will be huge per month on just residuals attained monthly from their 15% of sales being passed onto to you.
