CONCRETE WALL PANELS
WALL SIDING FOR
INTERIOR & EXTERIOR

Bryan the class was awesome and like you I really admired the tenacity and great stories of Don Hansen. He is one of those guys that has lots to share with everyone and I look forward to staying in touch with him. The panels are awesome and what amazed me most was the ease in which we put them up. The tight joints could litteraly get by with out any mortar. Thanks again for everything. KIP MORRIS

"Bryan the class on carpentry panels was the best I have ever attended. You went thru great detail on all the steps which will make it easier to make my own panels. I appreciate all you and Tammi did for me and the rest of the class. It is always great to attend a class with students like Kip Morris, B T Heitzman and Scott Metzger. Everyone really put their all into this project so everyone got more out of it. I can't get over how great the panels look and how fast they went up. I had no idea they could be colored so easy. I already have place to put some panels as soon as I make them. Thanks for a FABULOUS CLASS and thank Tammi for the great lunchs. I will be in touch soon." DON HANSEN

SBC Concrete Wall Siding Panels are vertical panels of specialty reinforced concrete containing either stone, slate, black diamonds, beach pebbles, or other materials to create marble like finishes. Contractors can affix the panels with wood screws or nails. The panels can be cut with a skill saw or wood blade. Contractors have reported that a 9 to 12 day job can now be complete in 2 to 3 days MAX using the Wall Crete Carpentry Panel System. These panels are custom made and have very unique designs, made by the Master Artisan himself, Bryan Gauthier! There are 9 different Mold Patterns, veneer stone, diamond cut pattern, slate, and more. The designs do not stop at just these 9 patterns, as Bryan becomes your personal product development guy continuously designing new patterns.

Concrete Wall Panels are a specialty designed 12 sq. ft. Panel custom designed by Bryan Gauthier of SBC. Currently available are 9 different custom designs. Each program begins with the Veneer Stone Pattern. Once the process is fully learned and mastered contractors can purchase the other additional 8 mold patterns to add to their showcase.
All Contractors, Distributors & State Reps will be trained by SBC and will learn the special GFRC material mix to produce the panels, produce the sister molds and learn how to install the wall panels on residential and commercial jobs. Each 12 sq. ft. panel cost less than $11.00 per 12 sq. ft. panel in material costs.
Contractors are selling the jobs currently at a starting fee of $15.00 per sq. ft. installed. Some are selling for as high as $35.00 sq. ft. installed. Installation times are 3 to 5 days depending on the size of the job. Currently contractors are making $169 to $373 profit PER PANEL INSTALLED! Master Molds are provided to the contractors, as well as the specialty GFRC formula and recipe to make the panels, also provided is the mold material to produce additional sister molds to make the panels. NEVER is the Master Mold used to make panels.
