A concrete sink is the piece that sells the rest of the bathroom. It is also the job most people get wrong first time, because a sink asks more of the mix than a countertop does: it holds standing water, it takes soap, bleach and toothpaste daily, and it has to come out of the mold in one piece with a wall thickness you can lift.

That is what SinkCrete is for. It is denser than standard glass-fibre reinforced concrete and lighter at the same time, it does not stain, and it demolds in two hours rather than overnight — which is the difference between one casting a day and three.

2011 MIP 1st Place Winner — SinkCrete.

SinkCrete took first place in Most Innovative Products at the World of Concrete in 2011. Every sink mold is designed by Bryan from a real piece of petrified wood, so the bark on the outside of the bowl is the bark of an actual log, not a pattern.

Two-part silicone: an outer mold that carries the bark and an inner plug that forms the bowl and the drain. Pour, wait two hours, demold, polish.
